These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 55y888 online gaming platform, website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). This Agreement is entered into between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and 55y888 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company").

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. 55y888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information you provide, including but not limited to a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

55y888 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason for such a decision.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 55y888 platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 55y888 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and 55y888 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate security over your credentials.

All financial transactions on the 55y888 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 55y888 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Visa/Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your 55y888 account must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 55y888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.

55y888 does not charge internal fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals. However, transaction fees levied by third-party payment processors are outside our control and may apply. Processing times are subject to the policies of the respective payment provider.

55y888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its registered players. All such bonuses are subject to specific terms, which are published alongside the relevant promotion and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable across all 55y888 promotions include the following:

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before withdrawal can be requested. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are issued to eligible players only and cannot be transferred between accounts.

In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.

Cricket Betting: All cricket markets, including PSL fixtures, PCB international fixtures, and other tournaments covered by 55y888, are subject to dedicated cricket betting rules. In-play markets are subject to suspension and settlement based on real-time match data. 55y888 reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.

Casino Games: All casino games offered on the 55y888 platform utilise Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics provided by licensed third-party game studios. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within individual game information panels.

55y888 reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected manipulation, system errors, or clearly erroneous odds or pricing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55y888 platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, collusion, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on 55y888.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or loopholes in game mechanics for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or financial crime activity.
• Opening accounts using false, stolen, or fraudulent identity information.
• Using third-party payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed transaction claims in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 55y888 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content or data from the 55y888 platform without prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 55y888.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55y888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

55y888 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and third-party service failures may cause temporary unavailability. 55y888 will endeavour to minimise downtime and will not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability beyond its reasonable control.

In all cases where 55y888 is found to be liable, the Company's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination by Player: You may close your 55y888 account at any time by submitting a closure request via live chat or by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet eligible for withdrawal) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.

Termination by 55y888: 55y888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where it determines that the player has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or where account closure is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Upon account termination for breach of this Agreement, 55y888 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balances, reverse pending withdrawals, and recover any funds obtained through prohibited conduct.

55y888 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a communication to your registered email address, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 55y888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit an account closure request.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 55y888's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence where such rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
